Experienced Customer Service Representative
Planet Blue is looking for an experienced customer service representative for our online store. This person needs be professional, have excellent communication skills, able to multi-task under pressure and take initiative when work is complete.

Responsibilities:

- Manage phone lines, emails, and live chat simultaneously.
- Communicate with various departments in order to relay accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of customer care experience. Experience working with a call center is ideal.
- Monday through Friday 8:30am -5pm
- Retail Pro and/or Magento experience is a plus!
