
Follow these simple steps and email us at orders@shopplanetblue.com if you have any questions:
1. Make sure your return meets the following requirements:
- Mail it back within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.
- The item does not fall under the swimwear or accessories category (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, bathing suits and beauty products).
- The item is not from a store.
2. Repackage your return securely in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
3. You MUST enclose a copy of the receipt (please note the reason for the return/exchange).
4. Ship your return package to:

5. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure the package is returned to us. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
NOTE: ShopPlanetBlue.com is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. However, we will give a full refund on a credit card for the amount of the item purchased.
Once your package has been received at our returns department, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/23-12/24. All orders placed within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags.
INSTORE RETURNS
We will NOT accept returns of merchandise bought online to any of our Planet Blue Store Locations.
SHIPPING NOTE
Please allow up to 1-2 days to fully process your order.
ShopPlanetBlue.com ships via UPS and USPS. Items are usually shipped on the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while UPS and USPS is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Next Day Air at an additional charge.
