We are seeking to fill the store manager position immediately. The ideal candidate will be skilled with computers, be meticulously organized, possess extreme creativity and have a background in fashion retail management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a staff of six employees.
  • Overseeing all aspects of customer service.
  • Ensuring that good customer relationships are maintained.
  • Creating store schedules.
  • Merchandising the store from windows to tables and racks.
  • Communicating with our corporate office for store needs and repairs.
  • Working with stylists and studios to facilitate merchandise pulls.
    

Requirements:

  • Creative with an understanding of current fashion trends.
  • Extremely responsible and reliable.
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience and 6 years retail experience.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Professional and confident attitude.
  • Knowledge and experience in Retail Pro is a plus.
